  The vast BGS sports Complex comprises of seporate cricket, Football, Hockey stadiums. A Golf driving range   swimmig Basketball and Handball courts and Gymnasium. A Riding school provides equation training to the   Students.  
     
  The School has it BGS sports academy with specialised coaches to give enhance training to students who are   upcoming the same. number of our students have participated in regional, state and national levels.  
     
  Games are played by the students and matches are held on a weekly basis between the students. This helps   keep the Physical education is so planned as to ensure the fullest and manifold development of the individuality   of the child and emotional stability, physical maturity and moral values. games and sports are designed to   involves all the students at the same.  
     
 
 
Amogh from X std has scored more than 442 runs and also picked up 14 wickets, when our under 16 team participated in the boost cup, organised by Karnataka state cricket association.
 
Sushas of Xth std represented the school for the state under 16th selection and reached 3rd round of the selections.
 
 
 
 
 
BGSIRS participated in Columbia Asia football tournament, held in Indian institute of science grounds. Robel from IX std has been selected as the best prayer of the Tournament. BGSIRS was awarded as the best school in the tournament.
 
Trinesh, Somakandan and Sandeep took part in the TOURNAMENT held in decathlon ground. All the 3 players has been shortlisted for the Karnataka state camp and TATA TEA ARSENAL camp to be in Bangalore football stadium.
 
 
 
 
 
Manmohan I PUC and shreyas II puc have represented KBA(karanataka Badminton Assocation) under 17 category for boys.
 
Ms Sneha IX and Ms Asha S X std. X std have represented KBA (karnataka Badminton Association) under 15 category for girls.
 
 
 
 
 
BGSIRS Snr Volley ball team participated in Jain international residential Inter School Tournament and won the II place. BGSIRS swimming team participated in Jain International Residental International school swimming Tournament and MS KANPITCHAR won the silver medal 50mts Br stroke.
 
BGSIRS participated in cluster VII (CBSE TOURNAMENT) in swimming at Combutore and the Team won the IV place in 4x50 mts medley relay and 4x50 m medley relay. BGSIRS Basket Ball Team participated in Jain international residential International School Tournament Jn and sn.BGSIRS Basket Ball Jn and Sn Team participated in Swami Narayan Gurukul International school.
